This photograph depicts an important part of the life of early settlers in the North Norfolk, MacGregor area. The photograph shows a threshing outfit powered by steam and fuelled by logs, with men on stack forking into the thresher, which separates the straw from the grain. The man on the left is on a water wagon with pump. Oxen can be seen in the center.
